The Information Notice only covers the Videotec s.r.l. website and does not cover any other websites which users may consult by clicking links found on the www.videotec.com website.

CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED DATA:
• Browsing data
The data processing systems and software procedures used by this Site acquire some data, during their normal functions, the transmission of which is implicit when using Internet communication protocols. This refers to information which is not collected to be associated with identified parties, but due to their nature could, permit the identification of the user if they are elaborated and associated with data held by third parties.
This category of data includes IP addresses or computer domain names used by the users to connect to the website all data relating to geopositioning data, the URI Uniform Resource Identifier addresses of the requested resources, the time of request, the method used to make the request to the server, the size of the file received in reply, numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error etc.) and other parameters of the operating system and the environment used by the User.
This data is used for the sole purpose of collecting anonymous statistics on the use of the site and to check it functions correctly and they are retained solely for the time foreseen by the relative reference legislation. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the case of any hypothetical electronic crimes which damage the website.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING: 
The Data Controller processes the User Personal Data for any of the following purposes:
• To respond to enquiries made by Customers using the “Contact Us” form on the website. Your Personal Data shall be processed to execute your requests. The legal basis for the Processing of your Data is the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures (art. 6 par. 1 (b) GDPR).
• Sending of marketing information. Your Data shall be processed to send you Newsletters with marketing information on the products and special offers. The legal basis for the Processing of your Data is the consent granted freely for the same (art. 6 par. 1 (a) GDPR).
• To download the contents and documents available on the website. Your Personal Data shall be processed to execute your requests. The legal basis for the Processing of your Data is the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures (art. 6 par. 1 (b) GDPR).
• Sending of job candidatures. Your Data shall be processed to assess any job candidatures sent to the registered office of the Data Controller. The legal basis for the Processing of your Data is the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures (art. 6 par. 1 (b) GDPR).
• Respond to tickets sent by the Customer via the “Technical Support” portal at the following address www.support.videotec.com. Your Personal Data shall be processed to execute your requests. The legal basis for the Processing of your Data is the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures (art. 6 par. 1 (b) GDPR).
Your data shall also be processed to fulfil any legal obligations of the Data Controller and also the legitimate interest of the same to gather statistics and guarantee the security of this website.

DATA RETENTION:
No acquired data can be used for purposes other than those indicated herein and shall be retained for the period strictly necessary to attain such purposes. After said term, the data will be deleted or transformed in anonymous form.
When due consent is provided by the Data Subject, the Data Controller is entitled to process these Data until revocation of such consent by the Data Subject, notwithstanding the lawfulness of the processing during the period the consent remain in force.

COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA:
Personal Data is processed at the Data Controller’s operating headquarters and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. The Personal Data of the User may be transferred to a Country other than that where the User is located. As regards to the processing of data required to respond to submitted Tickets, your Data may be transferred to any of the Videotec s.r.l. branches located in non-EU Countries; this transfer is authorised by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the Group. 
If any of the aforementioned transfers should take place, the User can request further information from the Data Controller using the contact details provided above.
In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other subjects involved in the organisation of the site may have access to the Data (administration, commercial, marketing and legal staff and system administrators) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, Data Processors by the Data Controller. The updated list of Chief Data Processors may be requested from the Data Controller.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS:
The Data Subject is entitled to request from the Data Controller access to and rectification or erasure of Personal Data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability, as foreseen by arts 15-21 of the GDPR. The request can be submitted by email or registered mail indicating the subject as: “Request by the Data Subject”, indicating in the email the right the Data Subject requests to exercise (erasure, rectification, portability, right to be forgotten) together with a valid or pec email address used for the reply. The Data Controller, or those appointed by the same, shall process the request within 30 days of receipt of the same. If the reply is complicated, a further 30 days may be necessary, of which the Data Subject shall be duly informed. If deemed fit, the Data Subject is entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, with headquarters in Piazza Venezia 11, Rome.
