We are pleased to inform you that, beginning January 1st 2015, the 36 month warranty terms for Videotec PTZ positioning units, is extended to the entire Housing range and all cameras integrated in the PTZ units!
This important decision confirms the excellent reliability of our products and our commitment to provide the best service and support to our partners. Videotec guarantees its products free from defects in material and workmanship for 3 years from the date of delivery to the customer, with exception of the P&T series PTH and NXPTH and washer pumps range that are guaranteed 12 months.
The GEKO Infrared light LED illuminators are guaranteed 5 years (24 months for white light)!
